Its been one month since the start of the RSCF barbell class and I have been impressed, to say the least. I have witnessed some big PRs and alot better mechanics in just a short time. I personally (Levi Kirk), have added 20 lbs to my snatch and feel extremely comfortable under the barbell. In fact, I haven’t felt this comfortable under the barbell since I broke my wrist almost two years ago. I have also been amazed at the increased mobility and technique in all the others taking the class. I know this is just baby steps to what we are going to learn over the course of the year.
