RSCF Teen Braydon Bedford Takes 1st Place at Cross Country Meet

Huge victory for RSCF Teen athlete, Braydon Bedford, who took first place in his first ever cross country meet this past weekend! Braydon runs for Midland Trinity’s Junior High team and finished his 2 mile race in 12:37.

Over the summer, Braydon decided to start training at Renewed Strength CrossFit so he could stay in shape and get prepared for school sports. His hard work and dedication has clearly payed off! Way to go Braydon, your RSCF fam is proud of you!

Everything we do at CrossFit is about preparing us to take on daily tasks and our goals in the “real” world. We love seeing our members thrive in and out of the gym. Keep it up RSCF!
