MIN 1- 2 squat clean (75%) (scale 4 squat cleans 40%- 50%)

MIN 2- 1 hang squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 jerk (scale X 2 40%-50%)

MIN 3- 30 sec handstand hold (scale plank hold)
* rounds complete in comments

* work against the wall or free standing handstand hold- 30 secs

* score = weight

* percent is off squat clean weight

(scale- more reps/ concentrate more on form and quality)
