CrossFit

CrossFit classes are “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains,” with the stated goal of improving fitness, which it defines as “work capacity across broad time and modal domains.” Every class you attend will have one or two coaches helping you with technique and help you determine how you scale a workout. We have a family atmosphere that will really motivate you and push you beyond your limits. At RSCF we want you to feel confident every time you step into the box. Expect to increase your conditioning, flexibility, and strength in our CrossFit classes.
