EndoFit Boot Camp

EndoFit Boot Camp is HIIT training for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.  Whether you are looking to shed some weight, increase your endurance, or train for a mud run, this Boot Camp is for you!  Classes range from 25-45 minutes and will have you moving constantly, maximizing your calories burned, in a short amount of time.  We have dedicated, endurance coaches that will push your fitness to the next level. This class is a strong calorie burner to help you get rid of those unwanted pounds.
