Personal Training

RSCF provides personal training for the athlete that wants an extra push or needs more help with basics of CrossFit. Our personal training will put you one on one with an experienced coach based on your needs. Whether you want to get more competitive, want to improve your lifts or just want to overall increase your work capacity, then personal training is for you. Before your training starts, you will sit down with your coach to talk about your specific goals and needs.
