We’d love to meet you, show you around our brand new facility, and learn about you and your fitness goals. It’s a great way to see if Renewed Strength CrossFit is a good fit for you.
Step #2 – Foundations Classes
Before you jump into our group CrossFit classes, we want to make sure that you understand and can perform the movements you’ll see frequently in class. This also gives us a way to learn about any movement or mobility issues you have so we can help you scale properly in class.
Step #3 – Select a Membership
Once you’re ready, talk to us about our membership options, and we’ll get you setup.
