As of tomorrow this will be an RSCF staple WOD. 3/20 every year we will repeat this workout and remember this time in our country. This will be the last wod we do together for a while. I am looking forward to having a good throw down with you all!

WOD numbers represent the date/ vest represents the weight that is on this country’s shoulders today.
