– 1 squat clean + 2 hang squat cleans+ 1 jerk (75% of max clean) (scale- 60%- work on form)

– 100 meter run (RX+ 150)

– 10 push ups
* work with a weight you can keep good form

*push ups- focus on strict form (not speed)

* every two mins start next round X 10

* score = weight
