(EMOM- 7 box jumps/start workout with 7 box jumps)
– 60 wallballs (20/14) (RX+25/20)
(EMOM- 7 hand release push ups)
– 60 burpees
(EMOM- 15 double unders)
(25 MIN TIME CAP)
as soon as you finish all KBS move right into wallballs- as soon as you finish all wallballs move right into burpees. You are finished when all 60 burpees are complete. If you do not finish in time cap- add reps left as seconds to your time.
