After two workouts in the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Open, team Renewed Strength is currently sitting in 61st place in the region!  I am very proud of our box and the continued support from one another.  I am also extremely happy with the dedication, determination, and discipline you all have shown.  We continue to grow together and get stronger, everyday.  After two weeks we have two RSCF athletes in the top 50 in Regionals.  Courtney Jezek who is currently placed 34 in South Central females and Jamie Dolan who is ranked 36 in the 40-44 South Central Masters.  It has been fun watching both of you compete.  I also want to give a big shout out to Micheal Chandler who completed his first bar muscle up in the Open and finished with eight on his scorecard.  Jaime Jaquez also found his first bar muscle up this past week!  Great job you two; keep up the good work!  As for the rest of you guys, keep fighting the good fight!  We have three weeks left and I know you will all do amazing!  Thanks for being such a supportive CrossFit family!  On to 17.3!
