RSCF Athlete Of The Week

Tiffany doing some amazing work on her muscle up progression during a Better You Clinic at RSCF!  She has been a committed athlete and continues to show major progress in her athletic performance.  She stays focused on her goals and committed to her diet; She is extremely close to hitting her ring muscle ups.  Great work in the box, Tiffany!  (Every week we will be acknowledging a different athlete at RSCF that shows hard work and the three D’s.  Dedication, Determination, and Discipline.)  This also marks the first day of the Renewed Strength CrossFit blog, which will be giving tips and keeping everybody updated on whats new at RSCF!
