Last weekend, RSCF athletes Austin Morris, Janie Jaquez, Angel Silva, and their team mate Veronica Jenkins from CrossFit Tall City competed at the Lubbock Summer Games. This group has been extremely consistent and dedicated, putting hours in the gym day in and day out. They all have spent extra time on their own, working on weaknesses and getting outside their comfort zones by practicing different movements. Not only do they show up to conquer the daily WOD, you can often find these individuals practicing handstand walks, muscle ups, double unders, Olympic lifts and more before or after classes. The effort they give daily paid off on the competition floor as their team, “Sweat City” took 6th place overall in the Rx Division.

We love seeing RSCF athletes team up and give their all! Judging by their picture, that’s exactly what they did. They left everything on the competition floor and we are proud of them! Way to go y’all.
